Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Dr Wong at Back in Motion earns consistent praise for turning back and joint pain around in one or two sessions. Patients return for years, trusting his hands-on skill and calm demeanor. The team creates a cozy space, teaches home exercises, and charges fairly for the results.
Most reviewers report strong treatment outcomes for back, neck, and shoulder pain, though long waits are routine. The doctor's clinical skill is widely praised, but some past complaints flag poor communication and staff rudeness, though recent five-star reviews suggest these may have improved.
Pain relief from frozen shoulders and knee injuries keeps customers returning for ongoing maintenance, trusting the therapists' hands and knowledge. Staff including Jason Seh, Jason Lim, and Cindy deliver professional, unhurried sessions with clear explanations; multi-session packages offer better per-visit rates. A policy dispute over benefits when paying at a different branch left one loyal customer frustrated, and one reviewer reported a rushed, dismissive encounter.
