Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory of chiropractor businesses across the Klang Valley region. Your listing draws from publicly available business information, and your score is calculated by a single, published rubric applied uniformly to every practice. We pull review data from Google and compute your score the same way for every other listing. Being listed here costs nothing. No payment can alter your score or your position in the directory. This page explains how to correct factual errors, challenge a score you believe is wrong, or request that your listing be removed. See how we rank for the full scoring rubric.

Fixing factual errors

Your practice name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or listed services can be corrected when you provide the right information along with proof we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm and apply a correction, it stays in place through all future data refreshes.

Challenging your score

Scores in this directory are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming that the input data itself is flawed. This means the Google reviews attributed to your practice may belong to another business, your profile may have been matched to the wrong practice, or the summary does not accurately reflect what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute a score, we re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a report that the data we used was incorrect.

Requesting removal

We remove a listing when your practice has closed permanently, when the listing is a duplicate, or when your business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle also identifies and removes closed businesses on its own. If your listing is accurate and your practice is in scope, we may decline your removal request, and we will tell you why.

Response times

Every request you submit receives an acknowledgement within 5 business days. Removals that are approved are processed within 7 days. If your request is declined, you get a plain explanation of why.
