Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Five-star reviewers praise professional, friendly service and effective pain relief. One negative review flags a significant pricing surprise: quoted RM120 but charged RM220 after treatment, plus criticism of weak adjustment technique from an experienced patient.
Reviewers experience rapid, noticeable pain relief across sports injuries, postural issues, and chronic conditions. Physiotherapists Amin, Wei Yin, and Shang are named repeatedly for combining hands-on treatment with targeted exercise prescription and honest advice about home care and posture habits that sustain improvement. The clinic serves athletes, office workers, and people recovering from long-term pain. Sessions are clearly explained step-by-step, with staff identifying root causes rather than just symptom relief. Multiple reviewers return or plan to return, citing results after just a few sessions.
Kaylee and physiotherapist Izzah deliver consistent results across back pain, sports injuries, and perinatal care, with most patients reporting relief within one to three sessions. One visitor noted the permanent team impressed more than a substitute clinician, but overall feedback spans multiple years with high loyalty and referral.
