Strong majority report fast pain relief and skilled hands-on work, with therapists like Ain and Josh earning specific praise for personalized advice and follow-up care. Several reviewers left satisfied after single or a few sessions. However, two detailed complaints expose serious gaps: one reviewer was treated on the wrong body side with resulting bruises and faced uncomfortable pressure to buy products; another paid RM600 for a Master-level session but waited an hour past appointment, then watched an assistant do most of the work while the Master handled other patients. These issues suggest inconsistent quality and concerning service gaps when demand is high.
All 16 reviews are five-star. Clients return for precise pressure tailored to sore spots, with therapists adjusting technique mid-session based on feedback. The space feels comfortable, staff ask upfront about pressure preference, and people report falling asleep or feeling stress relief within an hour.
Grace Phang and her team deliver care that families notice working. Reviewers consistently report children moving better after alignment sessions, pregnant patients finding relief from pain and pelvic girdle issues, and straightforward explanations of what's happening in their bodies. The clinic's calm environment and staff support (Tiffany, Nicole, Chow named) make appointments easy; many return for ongoing wellness or to address new flare-ups before they worsen. What sets this practice apart is the emphasis on root causes rather than symptoms alone. Expectant mothers credit sessions with preparing their bodies for natural birth, and parents see their kids sleep better and experience fewer growing pains. Grace's willingness to answer questions and teach practical daily habits keeps people engaged in their own recovery.
Repeat customers report substantial pain relief after even a single trial session, with neck, shoulder, and lower back tension easing noticeably. Therapists including Danial, Pika, Mawar, and Mirah stand out for precise pressure placement, detailed consultation, and knowledge of each person's specific tight spots; the clinic keeps sessions under an hour and maintains shareable packages at competitive rates. Treatment combines deep tissue massage with targeted techniques on exact pain points. The Uptown location presents itself as clean and welcoming. Sessions can involve temporary discomfort at tension areas, though most reviewers find the overall experience relaxing and the follow-up relief worth returning.
